Describe one workflow. Who touches it, how often it runs, where the work arrives from, and where it has to end up. You get back what to automate first, what to leave alone, what it costs to build, and how your data would be handled.
Build Review
For an AI feature that already exists.
Send a repo, a prototype link, or a written description. You get back what breaks in one flow, why it breaks, what each fix costs in effort, and what to build first.
Both give you:
The written review. A prioritized list with rough effort against each item. A recommended first build. Notes on where your data and risk boundaries sit. One optional 30-minute call.

We quote before we work.
The scope and the price in writing first. Nothing starts before you agree, and the number does not move afterwards. A change in scope produces a new quote you accept or refuse.
You get the review five business days from access.
Written, specific, and readable by the person who signs and the person who builds. Not a slide deck. The five days start when we can see the thing, read-only access for a build or your written answers for a workflow, not the day you sign.
You decide what happens next.
Fix it yourself using the list, hand it to us as a fixed-price build, or do nothing. All three are fine, and only one of them pays us again.
Who is doing the work
The engineer who scopes it is the one accountable for it.
A senior engineer scopes your work, is the one you talk to, and is accountable for delivering it. Nobody junior works behind a senior name, and the quote carries a name. Fair questions
"What if we need to walk away?"
Everything runs in your repository and your infrastructure from day one. There is no PitTechs platform and nothing to be locked into. If this stops working for you, hand the work to anyone and they pick it up from where it is. The engagements are deliberately short for the same reason.
"You have no case studies and no name on this site."
Both true, and neither is a feature. What we will not do is put up a fake team page or a borrowed logo wall to cover it. Two things you can read instead of a bio: the production system we built and run ourselves, and the smallest thing we sell. Nothing is signed anonymously either. The quote carries a named party, and you see it before you owe anything.
"How do I know the price will not move?"
The scope and the price are agreed in writing before work starts. A change in scope produces a new quote you have to accept. There is no hourly meter running in the background.
"Is my data safe?"
Send only what you are comfortable sending. No passwords, API keys, access tokens, health records, financial account data or confidential client records in the form. Handling boundaries go in writing before anything sensitive moves, access is read-only and scoped to the work, and we sign an NDA on request. On any budget, we will not build a system that makes the final decision in a medical, legal, hiring, lending or insurance context, because software can prepare a decision and a person takes it. And no regulated records move before a signed scope and written handling boundaries, which for protected health information means a signed BAA.
